Those invited to participate in this space are academics, researchers and research groups; mayors and public sector officials in charge of defining urban development policies; as well as directors of agencies and consulting firms in planning, design and urban studies. To participate, please follow the instructions below:
Submission of abstractsThe received abstracts (in Spanish or English) will be subject to an initial evaluation. After acceptance, the final full papers must be sent via the platform, following the format defined in the template, on the dates indicated. These will be reviewed and evaluated for final acceptance, which implies their inclusion in the digital proceedings of the CTV, after payment of the registration fee of at least one of the authors. Abstracts must include a maximum of 4 authors, of which, if the final paper is accepted, at least one of them must register for the Congress. The template provided will be used, without the authors' data, in a duly anonymised Word file, following the instructions to ensure an anonymous evaluation. Texts must be between 250 and 300 words and should contain: objectives, methodology, data used, development, results and main conclusions. In addition, it must be registered to one of the thematic lines of the congress. In OJS, the details of all the authors must be indicated. In addition, the contact author for correspondence must be indicated. The proposal must be uploaded to OJS by 31 March 2022. EXTENDED to MAY 16.
| Submission of papersIf the abstract and full paper are accepted by the Scientific Committee, the final version will be included in the Proceedings of the Congress. In addition, the authors of the most outstanding papers by Thematic Table will be invited to send the final document to the scientific journals linked to the Congress, following the peer review and the specific processes of each journal. The full version of the paper should be between 3,000 and 4,000 words in length, including bibliographical references, title, abstract and keywords. The total length should not exceed 10 pages, including images, on A4 size sheets, with Arial 10 pt. font, 1.15 line spacing and margins of 3 cm. top and bottom and 2.5 cm. right and left. Only files in Microsoft Word (*.doc), which comply with the format and conditions, will be accepted. Using the downloadable template, the file will be uploaded in the dossier already created for the submission of abstracts at the OJS, with the final paper, including the authors' details.

Submission of postersThe poster will be in vertical format DIN A0 (841 X 1189 mm), following the indications of the template. Each author must be responsible for the printing of the poster on quality paper (minimum 160 grams). There will be no printing or mounting service at the congress site.
Poster: Download template | Review policyIn the process of the works received selection and revision of them, for its acceptance and publication, it has, in addition to the Edition Committee (Executive), an International Scientific Committee (both Permanent and in each edition) composed of experts of international scope and local, in each case. Once the works have been received and carried out, a first verification by the Executive Committee, afterward are subject to review by external blind peers, in two stages; summary and full paper.
