Registration fee includes:
- Access to all central conferences and parallel sessions.
- Welcome cocktail.
- Coffee break days of the congress of Bogotá and Cartagena.
- Materials
- Inclusion in the congress proceedings for oral and poster presentations
Payment methods:
- In Colombia, payment directly with the bank receipt in the Bancolombia, Itaú, Davivienda and Banco de Bogotá, or online by PSE.
- Abroad and in Colombia, online payment by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL). It is required to fill in the registration form in order to access the link for the payment.
Cancellation information:
A refund of 80% of the registration fee will be made in case of calamity or proven illness that prevents you from attending the event.
In the unlikely event that your full paper is not accepted, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed.
