Submisions process
The proposals that are submitted in each theme must be unpublished and can be submitted individually or in groups. In the case of a group proposal, a member of the research group will be a representative and will oversee communication with the organization of the event.
The submission of proposals is carried out in two phases:
Phase 1. The proposal should be submitted as a long summary of 800 words maximum. The accepted languages are Spanish and English. These summaries must be anonymous and accompanied by an abstract of 100 words maximum.

The proposals are evaluated by peers from each thematic roundtable in double-blind mode, coordinated by the organization of the event to ensure anonymity in the process. Each thematic roundtable can make recommendations to adapt the proposals to the final format.

The event organizers will reply from June 11, 2022.
Registration for foreign attendees: USD 80
Registration national attendees: Cop 150.000
Registration of Utadeo graduates: Cop 75.000
It is important to take into account the following dates for the proposals that were selected in the first phase:
- Submission date for full papers: September 16.
- Presentation evaluation date: September 19 to 30.
- Final notification of results: October 3.
